Common questions
Will my voice notes leave my device?
Audio is transcribed on-device using Apple’s Speech framework. Only the resulting text is stored in your account.
Can I delete my account and everything in it?
Yes, from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app, on iPhone and on Android, or by emailing the address above. Deleting permanently removes your account and everything Enkily stores for it (captures, memories, subscription record). Items already sent to your own Reminders or Calendar stay there.
Where is my data stored?
On Supabase (Postgres) in a US region, encrypted at rest. See Privacy Policy for details.
