These terms govern your use of the Enkily website (enkily.ai), the Enkily iOS app when it ships, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Enkily is an iOS app that captures your voice or text, uses AI to parse it into structured pieces (tasks, reminders, events, notes, memories), and routes those pieces to the appropriate destination — Apple Reminders, Apple Calendar, or Enkily’s own searchable memory.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the device you use to access it. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep that information current.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you capture. By using the Service you grant Enkily a limited license to store, process (including via AI), and display that content back to you for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to capture content you do not have the right to capture.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service for anything illegal.
Subscriptions
Enkily will offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier (monthly and annual). Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system per Apple’s standard subscription terms. You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we will tell you why if we do.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated parsing is helpful but not perfect; please verify anything important. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will continue indefinitely.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enkily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid Enkily in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
